Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy) and Refund Policy
Received a wrong or damaged product?
If a damaged or incorrect product that you did not order has been delivered, please inform us of this as soon as possible after delivery via our Contact Form. We will respond within 2 working days with all the necessary information to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Cooling-off period / Right of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your order, you are entitled to a standard cooling-off period of 14 days to terminate the agreement without giving any reason. You can return or exchange the order within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return of the order are at your expense.

2, Fill in all details on the return form.
3, Place the completed form in the return package.
4, Send the package by post to our return address below.
5, The return will be processed as soon as it has been delivered by the courier to our warehouse. (The processing time is a maximum of 5 days).
6, The refund is processed by our Battlecat Games Returns department.
7, Should there be any questions regarding your return, you will be notified by email.
Important:
Shipping costs are at your expense. If the product is covered by warranty, Battlecat Games will send a return label to your email address.
Ensure proper packaging (damage during shipping is at the sender's expense).
Please ensure that you include the return form indicating the sender's identity when returning the item. Download Return Form
Conditions for returns
Important:
If reasonably possible, you must return the product in its original (as undamaged as possible) packaging.
The shipping costs and the risk of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Ensure proper outer packaging that surrounds the original packaging. Please do not stick any stickers or other labels on the original packaging.
Insufficiently or unfranked packages will be accepted by us, but the extra costs for this will be passed on to you.
Please ensure that you include the return form indicating the sender's identity when returning the item. Download Return Form
You may also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory. After this notification, you have 14 days to return the product to Battlecat Games.
Please note: To determine whether you wish to keep the product, you may inspect/view it as is possible in a physical store. If you return the product damaged or incomplete, the amount to be reimbursed will be adjusted proportionally to the damage incurred. You are therefore responsible for any resulting decrease in value.
If you terminate the agreement, the amount to which you are entitled will be refunded by us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after you have delivered this return to our warehouse. This will be done using the method you paid, provided this is possible via this payment method. However, we may withhold the refund until the return has been received, unless you can demonstrate that it has already been sent to us.
Restock Fee

Warranty policy:
When you purchase a product from us, you are entitled to a properly functioning product at all times, provided you have used the product in a normal manner. Should a product not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty provisions of the Dutch Civil Code. To this end, you must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect. After your notification, we will investigate whether we can easily repair the defect or replace the product and/or parts. Should this not be possible in its entirety or within the short term, we offer you the option to terminate the agreement. You will then receive (a portion of) the purchase price back from us. For consumables, no warranty claim can be made if the defect is caused by frequent use. Manufacturing defects are, of course, covered by the warranty. If the product is covered by the statutory warranty, Battlecat Games will provide you with a return label. Please ensure the existing packaging is extra sturdy.
Before returning the product, we recommend registering it first via our Contact Form and providing a clear and detailed description of the complaint. This helps us process your return faster. The return request will then be reviewed by us within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation and a return label via email.
Excluded from warranty are:
1, damage due to improper use
2, moisture damage
3, products with a broken seal
