1. Introduction
Welcome to the Battlecat Games shipping policy. Here you will find all information regarding the shipping of your orders. Our goal is to provide a transparent and clear overview of our shipping processes so that your purchase arrives safely and quickly.
2. Shipping Methods
Battlecat Games is based in the Netherlands and works with reliable transport partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time.
Where possible, we offer various shipping speeds so that you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Add an item to your shopping cart and select your destination country to then view the shipping methods in your cart and find out what the shipping costs are for your order. Free shipping:

4. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days, depending on product availability.
PREORDERS - When will my pre-order be shipped?
We ensure that pre-orders are shipped as soon as they are delivered to us by the manufacturer's EU distributor.
Have you placed multiple pre-orders with different release dates in a single order? Then the entire order will only be shipped once all products are available. Would you prefer to receive your items separately? Then we recommend placing a separate order for each release date.
Our advice is to always place pre-orders separately, even if they have the same release date at that moment. This is because release dates can change from the factory, which may cause a combined order to be delayed.
Please note: logistical challenges currently occur regularly within the TCG Card Games & Collectibles market. As a result, we cannot always guarantee release dates, and these may sometimes be adjusted by the EU distributor.
Additionally, allocation may apply to certain products. This means that we do not always receive the full number of ordered products. In such cases, we are unfortunately forced to cancel (part of) pre-orders.
Naturally, we do our utmost to serve everyone as well as possible and to prevent disappointment. Orders are shipped immediately as soon as the products arrive at our warehouse.

5. International shipping
We ship worldwide to available countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Enter your country and details and check the shopping cart for the available countries we ship to.
Please note that if your destination address is outside the EU, there may be customs duties or import taxes; these are the responsibility of the recipient. Battlecat Games is not responsible for this.
6. Order changes
An order often cannot be changed after confirmation. For questions or exceptional requests, please contact us via email or our contact form. We will help where possible, but cannot provide guarantees. Please also check the FAQ for frequently asked questions.
7. Delivery and Receipt
Please ensure you are present at the time of delivery to receive your order. In your absence, the package may:
