This webshop is managed by Battlecat. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe all products as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on us.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Should we have made a mistake regarding a price, we may cancel the order with the incorrectly invoiced price.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Battlecat reserves the right to refuse orders.

6. Payment

Payment can be made via the offered payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

7. Delivery

We aim to ship orders from the Netherlands within 1–2 working days. Delivery times of the postal courier are indicative and do not entitle you to compensation or a new shipment. Check postal courier policies for the delivery time of the relevant courier company you have chosen.

Letter packages usually take longer than standard parcel deliveries. Please allow for a slight delay when choosing a letter package. These are usually delivered to Dutch customers within 1-5 days.

In the event of an uninsured shipment, Battlecat Games cannot be held liable for compensation or any replacement products. We will, however, do our best to look for a solution together with the courier company.

If you have chosen a DPD shipment, this shipment is always insured up to 520 Euros and will presumably be fully reimbursed and resent in the event of loss, provided the courier gives us permission to do so.

8. Right of withdrawal (Return Policy)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened products.

As soon as we receive the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 days.

Exceptions - PLEASE NOTE!

Products without original seal (Original seal) (such as sealed boxes or sealed TCGs, Blisters, Boosters, Booster boxes, Bundles, or other types of Card Game products, i.e. Sealed Products. Items without a seal cannot be exchanged or returned)

9. Warranty

We apply the statutory Dutch warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect it to do.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via info@battlecat.nl. We will respond within 14 days.

11. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

12. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for optimal operation. We ask for permission upon your first visit.

13. Liability and Use of Products

Battlecat Games is not responsible for the use, safety, or storage of the products sold by us.

Our products, including (but not limited to) glues, paints, and other chemical or liquid substances, must be used carefully and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. These products must not be inhaled or swallowed and must be kept out of reach of children.

Battlecat Games is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, injury, or consequences arising from the use of products purchased through our webshop (this applies to the entire collection and the full range).

By making a purchase through our webshop, the customer agrees to consult the manufacturer's instructions for use prior to using the product, either via the manufacturer's website or via the leaflet supplied with the product. Upon purchase, the customer also agrees that the product must be kept out of the reach of children at all times. If the purchasing customer is a minor, he/she agrees that the product cannot be used without parental supervision.

By placing an order, the customer declares that Battlecat Games and its owners are in no way liable for the use of the sold products.

These terms and conditions are governed by the Netherlands.
