Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

Herroepingsrecht (Retourbeleid)

Het herroepingsrecht geldt alleen voor ongeopende producten. 
Zodra wij de geretourneerde artikelen ontvangen, wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terugbetaald.

Uitzonderingen - LET OP!
Producten die niet kunnen worden geruild of geretourneerd:

  • Lijmen
  • Verf
  • Verfpotjes
  • Fixers
  • Pigmenten
  • Texturen zoals AK Textures
  • Basingmaterialen

Vanwege de aard van deze producten kunnen wij niet verifiëren of ze zijn gebruikt of geopend.

Door deze producten aan te schaffen via Battlecat Games, gaat de klant uitdrukkelijk akkoord dat deze goederen zijn uitgesloten van het binnen 14 dagen herroepingsrecht en niet kunnen worden geretourneerd.

Producten zonder originele verzegeling (Originele seal) (zoals Games Workshop / Warhammer verzegelde dozen of verzegelde TCG’s Blisters, Boosters, Boosterboxen, Bundles, of andere type Kaartspel product, oftewel Sealed Products.items zonder verzegeling kunnen dus niet geruild of geretourneerd worden)

Hoe te Retourneren (Instructies)

  1. Stuur een e-mail met je ordernummer en de artikelen (inclusief artikelcodes) die je wilt retourneren naar info@battlecat.nl om je retour aan te melden en wacht op een reactie van onze klantenservice.
  2. Zodra wij je retour hebben goedgekeurd, download het retourformulier hieronder.
  3. Vul alle vereiste gegevens in op het retour formulier.
  4. Plaats het ingevulde formulier in het retour pakket.
  5. Verstuur het pakket via de post naar ons retour adres, dat per e-mail wordt verstrekt na goedkeuring van de retour.
  6. De retour wordt verwerkt zodra deze is afgeleverd door de koerier aan ons personeel. (Meestal is de verwerkingstijd tussen 1-5 dagen)
  7. De terugbetaling wordt z.s.m uitgevoerd door onze Battlecat Games Retour afdeling.

PRE ORDERS / CUSTOM WORK ORDERS REFUND POLICY

Pre-order & Custom Order Beleid

Bij Battlecat Games doen wij ons best om exclusieve en op maat gemaakte producten aan te bieden. Voor pre-orders en custom orders gelden daarom de volgende voorwaarden:

Een pre-order is een bestelling van een product dat nog niet op voorraad is en speciaal voor de klant wordt besteld, vaak vanuit het buitenland.

Zodra een pre-order is geplaatst via onze website of winkel, is deze definitief en bindend.
Pre-orders kunnen niet worden geannuleerd of gewijzigd nadat de bestelling is bevestigd.
Leveringstijden zijn indicatief en kunnen variëren door externe factoren zoals leveranciers en transport en import door douane landgrens.
Eventuele vertragingen geven geen recht op annulering of terugbetaling.

Custom Orders (Maatwerk Bestellingen)

Custom orders zijn producten die speciaal op maat worden gemaakt of specifiek voor de klant worden ingekocht of gemaakt.

Custom orders worden speciaal voor de klant geproduceerd of besteld en kunnen daarom niet worden geannuleerd of geretourneerd.
Zodra de bestelling is geplaatst, gaat de klant akkoord met het feit dat deze bestelling definitief is.
Voor maatwerkproducten geldt geen herroepingsrecht.

Algemene Voorwaarden
Door het plaatsen van een pre-order of custom order bij Battlecat Games, gaat de klant uitdrukkelijk akkoord met dit beleid.
Deze producten zijn uitgesloten van het standaard retour- en annuleringsbeleid.
In uitzonderlijke gevallen (bijvoorbeeld wanneer een product niet meer leverbaar is), zal Battlecat Games contact opnemen voor een passende oplossing of resitutie

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened products. 
Once we receive the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Exceptions - PLEASE NOTE!
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Glues
  • Paint
  • Paint pots
  • Fixers
  • Pigments
  • Textures such as AK Textures
  • Basing materials

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot verify whether they have been used or opened.

By purchasing these products through Battlecat Games, the customer expressly agrees that these goods are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Products without original sealing (Original seal) (such as Games Workshop / Warhammer sealed boxes or sealed TCG Blisters, Boosters, Booster boxes, Bundles, or other types of Card Game products, i.e. Sealed Products. items without sealing cannot be exchanged or returned)

How to Return (Instructions)

  1. Send an email with your order number and the items (including article codes) that you wish to return to info@battlecat.nl to register your return and wait for a response from our customer service.
  2. Once we have approved your return, download the return form below.
  3. Fill in all required information on the return form.
  4. Place the completed form inside the return package.
  5. Send the package by post to our return address, which will be provided by email after approval of the return.
  6. The return will be processed once it has been delivered by the courier to our staff. (Processing time is usually between 1–5 days)
  7. The refund will be carried out as soon as possible by our Battlecat Games Returns department.

PRE ORDERS / CUSTOM WORK ORDERS REFUND POLICY

Pre-order & Custom Order Policy

At Battlecat Games, we do our best to offer exclusive and custom-made products. The following conditions therefore apply to pre-orders and custom orders:

A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet in stock and is specially ordered for the customer, often from abroad.

Once a pre-order has been placed via our website or store, it is final and binding.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as suppliers, transport, and import through customs/border control.
Any delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.

Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure Orders)

Custom orders are products that are specially made to measure or specifically sourced or produced for the customer.

Custom orders are specially produced or ordered for the customer and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
Once the order has been placed, the customer agrees that this order is final.
No right of withdrawal applies to custom-made products.

General Terms
By placing a pre-order or custom order with Battlecat Games, the customer expressly agrees to this policy.
These products are excluded from the standard return and cancellation policy.
In exceptional cases (for example when a product is no longer available), Battlecat Games will contact the customer for an appropriate solution or refund.
